Paper is the medium most exposed to water, and South Florida is the place most likely to supply it. A commercial records warehouse in a flood zone with a steel roof is a different risk profile from a waterproof, airtight vault — and the difference only shows up once.

- Can you retrieve a single file?
- Yes, where the box is indexed at file level. Box-level indexing means we return the box.
- Do you scan on demand?
- No. We are a custodian of physical media and we do not open or reproduce contents.
- How is this different from a records warehouse?
- Vault construction and no lien exposure. Most records warehouses are conventional buildings operating under storage law.
