What this actually looks like
A rotation is a schedule and a signature. On an agreed cycle a courier collects the outgoing set from your site and returns the incoming set, with both legs signed at handover and logged at the vault. Vehicles are unmarked. The cycle is whatever the retention policy requires — weekly, fortnightly, monthly — and the useful part is not the driving but that the schedule exists independently of whether anyone remembered.

How it fails when it fails
Rotations fail by drifting rather than stopping. A collection is missed during a holiday week, then a second one because the first was never made up, and within a quarter the off-site set is materially older than anyone believes. Because nothing breaks visibly, this is usually discovered during an incident. The protection is the signed log on both legs — it makes a missed cycle a visible gap in a record rather than an assumption nobody tested.

- It is logged and flagged. A gap you can see is a problem; a gap nobody notices is a disaster.
- Can we change the schedule?
- Yes, with notice. Seasonal changes around year-end close are common.
- How far do you travel?
- Throughout Florida. Regular scheduled routes run across South Florida; elsewhere is arranged individually.
