Electronic security
- 24/7 CCTV covering every angle, monitored off site.
- Motion detection across the full perimeter and interior.
- Man-trap entry: an electronically interlocking double-door airlock where only one door opens at a time, controlling access one person at a time.
- Bullet-resistant glass throughout the facility.
Personnel security
- Armed security personnel on site.
- Building monitored 24/7/365, regardless of client access hours.
- All staff background checked and held to discretion protocols.
- No staff member can open a client box unilaterally.
The part that matters here
The media environment
For media, climate is a security control. LTO tape rated for decades assumes 70°F and 50% relative humidity — outside that, the rating does not apply. The media vault holds ±2°F and ±5% RH continuously, not on a best-effort basis.
