What we are, and what we are not
Intervault Media is a custodian of physical media. We hold tape, drives, hardware, and records in a 9R-rated vault, we move them on a schedule, and we document every handoff. That is the service.
We are not a backup software vendor, a managed service provider, or a disaster recovery consultancy. We do not design your backup, we do not restore anything, and we have no drives to read your tapes with. We are the offline layer that sits underneath whatever you already run.
We never access contents. Media arrives sealed and stays sealed. We comply with valid subpoenas and court orders, and we say so plainly rather than leaving it vague. Nothing on this site is legal advice and no page here certifies compliance with any regulation.
