Why this matters
What it costs to do nothing
Unpowered SSDs lose charge over time, and the rate roughly doubles with every rise in storage temperature. A drive left in a hot room for two years may not read at all. Spinning disks have the opposite problem — humidity and stiction. Both fail silently, and both are usually discovered during a legal hold.

Priced per drive with a monthly minimum. Bare drives are accepted in anti-static packaging; we can supply it. Sealed evidence bags stay sealed and are recorded as such.

- Do you accept bare drives?
- Yes, in anti-static packaging. We can supply it if you do not have it.
- What about sealed evidence bags?
- They stay sealed. We record the seal number and never open them.
- Can you wipe drives at end of life?
- We offer client-witnessed destruction. We do not perform software wipes — physical destruction is verifiable and a wipe certificate is not.
